Information about helpers is provided in good faith based on information available to us. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any helper profile.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Legitstar Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or our services.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the placement fee paid by the employer for the specific placement giving rise to the claim.

4. MOM Compliance Statement

Legitstar Services operates as a licensed Employment Agency under the Employment Agencies Act (Cap. 92A) and is regulated by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower. We comply with all applicable regulations including but not limited to the Employment Agencies Rules and the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.
