Our Fee Schedule
Fee transparency is a legal requirement under MOM's Employment Agency regulations. All fees listed below are final — no hidden charges.
Government Levy
The Foreign Domestic Worker levy is set by the Ministry of Manpower and payable directly to MOM each month. Standard levy: $300/month. Concessionary rate (for households with young children, elderly, or persons with disabilities): $60/month.

- IPA (In-Principle Approval) application assistance
- Work permit application and renewal guidance
- Contract preparation and signing coordination
- Thumbprinting and biometric registration coordination
- Pre-departure medical check coordination
- Settling-In Programme (SIP) registration
- Post-placement support for 3 months
What's NOT Included
- Monthly MOM levy (paid directly to MOM)
- Mandatory medical insurance (min. $15,000/year — employer's responsibility)
- Personal accident insurance ($40,000 coverage — employer's responsibility)
- Monthly salary of the helper
- Airfare and repatriation costs
- Medical examination fees
Payment Terms
Deposit: 50% of placement fee upon signing of service agreement.
Balance: Remaining 50% upon helper's arrival in Singapore.
Methods: Bank transfer, PayNow, or cheque. Cash payments are not accepted.
Refund Policy
If the helper is unable to proceed after IPA approval through no fault of the employer, a partial refund of up to 50% of the placement fee may be offered.
No refund is applicable once the helper has commenced employment, except where MOM regulations require otherwise.
Free replacement is offered within 3 months if the helper is incompatible, subject to availability.
